Amla sails serenely on his way

Hashim Amla continued serenely on his way to help South Africa to 167 for three in the second one-day international against England at the Rose Bowl in Southampton on Tuesday.
Live Scoring
35th over: De Villiers runs a Bresnan delivery down to third man for a single to bring up his 5000th run in ODI cricket.
34th over: WICKET - Elgar is out thanks to a superb delivery from Swann that pitches on middle stump before straightening to beat Elgar’s defensive prod to peg back the off stump. Elgar departs for 15.
33rd over: Bresnan serves up a half-volley and Amla needs no second invitation as he drives the ball superbly through extra cover for four.
30th over: Amla goes on the attack as he slog-sweeps a Swann delivery over midwicket for four.
29th over: Ravi Bopara drops short and Elgar has his first boundary in international cricket as he pulls the ball down to the fine leg fence for four.
26th over: WICKET - Oh dear, what a mix-up! Duminy is run out as Amla whips a Swann delivery towards Anderson at square leg. Amla thinks that the ball has beaten the fielder and he sets off for a single but Anderson gathers the ball and whips in a throw to keeper Kieswetter who has plenty of time to whip the bails off a Duminy sacrifices himself to keep Amla at the crease.
Dean Elgar strides to the crease for the first time in an ODI.
